I couldn't sleep Thursday night (Oz time). Won't trade Hang Seng Friday. Looks like my body is still on European time. I just love this ES. It really trades well for my methodology. This is the ES for Thursday night, OZ time.
I don't understand the trigger for your first trade. As far as I have seen usually your trigger for a short is two VB red (get short at the close of the second red Delta Volume). But the short at #1 was at the close of the second green VB. How's that?
Hi,EL, Thank you for your post. I am wondering why you made trade 3. It looked more risky. Did you think it was a small short recover then the trend will resume OR you traded against something. I think you usually will enter at the next bar. Thanks.
Hi EL, I have a question regarding your entry at Trade 1...specifically how you read the VB when entering the trade short when the VB is still green (positive)? I sometimes get confused when reading the VB in that it does not always directly relate to the current price bar action...how do you determine entering into a trade that is going against what the current VB bar is reading? Any insight would be most appreciated. Thanks, Kaloko.

Could not understand the trade setup. It would be great if you could elaborate on why would you short #1 and Long #2.
ReplyDeleteCan anyone tell me if the Dow Euro Stoxx 50 uses the same dates to change futures contracts as U.S. or does London do it differently?

Anom 18:56 the Dow Euro Stoxx (FESX) trades at the Eurex in Frankfurt and ES and FESX expire the same date - as far as I know.
ReplyDeleteEL, hope you find time to elaborat a little more about the trades of this day, especially #1.
